30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return eligible items for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

Items returned within 30 days of delivery
Defective or damaged merchandise (reported within 7 days of delivery)
Incorrect items shipped

Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
Custom printed or decorated items (unless defective)
Items without original tags or packaging
Items returned after 30 days
Clearance or final sale items

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact our support team rather than attempting to process it through your account. Reach out by email or through our contact form and a team member will review your request and guide you through the next steps.

Our team will review your request and, once approved, send you return instructions along with the return shipping details.

Ship Your Return

Pack your items securely and ship them back using the instructions provided. Keep your tracking number for reference.

Receive Your Refund

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive defective or damaged merchandise, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

What to include: Photos of the defect or damage, your order number, and a brief description of the issue. This helps us process your claim quickly.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. For returns that are not due to our error, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If we shipped the wrong item or the item arrived defective or damaged, we will cover return shipping or provide another no-cost resolution.

Store Credit

You may opt for store credit instead of a refund. Store credit does not expire.
